Who can enter the competition?
The competition is open to anyone over the age of 18 worldwide.
Can you pay offline?
On-line only at present. Please contact a member of Club Rossie to arrange alternative payment.
How many Tickets are on sale for the Competition?
A maximum of 100,000 Tickets are available for sale.
When is the competition draw?
December 30th 2020 (Note change from May 10th due to COVID-19). Time TBC.
What happens if you do not sell all the Tickets by the closing date?
The Draw will still go ahead.
What happens if someone makes a bid for the apartment during the competition?
The apartment is no longer for sale, it is only available in the competition. Any offers for the property will be rejected.
How will the prize will be drawn?
The competition winner will be drawn from a drum which will be independently supervised. .
When will the winner be notified?
The winner will be notified within 28 days from date of the prize draw
Can the winner sell the property?
Yes, the property will be legally theirs, so they can do what they please with it.
Is the property leasehold or freehold?
Leasehold, 995 Years.
What happens if my answer is incorrect?
Only correct answers will be entered the competition.
Are Legal Fees included with the prize?
No. The winner(s) of the Property will be responsible for all costs involved in the conveyance and registration of the Property.
I want to buy a Ticket as a Gift / put it is someone else’s name. is that possible?
Yes; simply put the name(s) in the Order Notes section at the end of the Checkout Page.
I want to buy a Ticket on behalf of a group / a syndicate – is that possible?
Yes; simply put the names in the Order Notes section at the end of the Checkout Page.
I have purchased a Ticket on-line, should I receive an actual Ticket in the post?
No, you will receive your Ticket Number via an automated email from this website. If it does not arrive in your Inbox please check your Spam/Junk Folder before emailing [email protected]. You should also receive a Receipt of your payment from Stripe, our payment processing partner.
Will the Draw be independently observed?
Yes, the Draw will be independently observed by PwC.

Specific Questions Relating to the Exclusion of GB Entrants
Is this Brexit related?
This is not Brexit related but a position taken by the UK Gambling Commission which we are adhering to.
I’m an Irish citizen living in GB. Does this exclusion apply to me?
If you are resident in the UK and do not have an Irish address then you are not permitted to enter the competition.
I’m a GB entrant. Why did you not inform us earlier?
Final confirmation from the UK Gambling Commission was received on 23 December 2020. Over the Christmas period, we took steps to deal with this unfortunate development and on Monday 28th December, we informed all GB participants.
I’m living in GB and I can still see advertising on social media for this competition?
We have taken all possible steps to stop advertising being visible on social platforms to GB residents.
Under what rule has the Gambling Commission made this judgement?
They have made their judgement based on the Gambling Act 2005. As the organising team is made up entirely of volunteers we were not in a position to pursue the matter further and challenge the ruling.
